Shipping Policy

All ASHH orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand, Monday to Friday.

Processing Times 

• Personalised items are made to order: please allow up to 7–20 business days for your pieces to be created before they are shipped. (Check our Instagram bio for current turnaround time updates!)

• Non personalised items will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Please note: For personalised orders, processing time starts the next business day after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on NZ + AUS orders over $125 NZD

• New Zealand: $9.99 NZD

• Australia: $21.99 NZD

• Rest of the World: Rates calculated at checkout

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Estimated Delivery Times

(These are in addition to the processing times mentioned above).

• New Zealand: 2-7 business days

• Australia: 4-14 business days

• USA: 7-20 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Important Information

• Please double check your shipping address at checkout. ASHH is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect information. 

• Once your parcel is marked as “Delivered”, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly if you have any issues locating it.

• A tracking number will be provided for every order, and you can follow your parcel’s journey via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

If you’re ordering from outside of New Zealand please be aware:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Every country has different regulations, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

• ASHH cannot refund items returned due to unpaid customs fees, unaccepted deliveries, or parcels returned to sender unless pre-approved.

Rest of the World shipping rates will calculate at checkout. 

We do not deliver to PO BOX’s.
