How to order a personalised piece
Ordering a personalised item is simple once you know where to look ♡
1. Choose your product - you can find all personalised options in the collection called ‘Personalisation’ in the main menu
Start by selecting the item you’d like to personalise (sweater, tee, etc.)
2. Select your size
Choose your preferred size on your chosen listing before adding any personalisation
3. Choose your personalisation option(s)
Underneath the size selection, you’ll see three options:
(A delicate, hand embroidered finish with our signature style)
(A clean, modern embroidered name)
(Add a small design to complement your piece or have the design on it’s own)
4. Then, Select your preferences
Tick the box next to the option(s) you’d like.
-You can choose hand embroidery on its own, OR
-Machine name embroidery, with the option to also add a design
5. Enter your details
Once selected, you’ll be prompted to enter your name, initials, or any required details.
6. Add to cart + checkout
Double check your spelling (we personalise exactly as entered), then add to cart and complete checkout.
Helpful Hints
- Personalisation options will only appear once a size is selected
- Please ensure all spelling is correct before purchasing
