Please carefully read the below information and fill in all details to create your perfect embroidered piece. Yarn colours are located within images.

• Busy Bee Design - In the Yarn Colour/s box please specify 1 colour for your bees body, 1 colour for the stripes and 1 colour for the wings - e.g. coffee body, mustard stripes and cream wings). 
• You will receive 9-11 embellishments (depending on size of the sweater) on the front + arms. 
• Optional add-on: extra 5 embellishments (+ $15.00) - Put ‘yes’ into this textbox to receive an extra 5 embellishments onto the back of the sweater.
• Optional add-on: name/word/phrase - (+ $20.00) Fill out this textbox if you want a name/word/phrase embroidered on the back or front, up to 9 letters maximum, along with your yarn colour/s. Please specify in this textbox whether you would like it embroidered on the front or back.
